Refunds

Cancel before dispatch from the order page. After delivery, request a return. We issue a GST credit note; stock is restored at the fulfilling store.

Returnable grocery and FMCG can be returned within 7 days if unused and in the original pack. Weighed produce is not returnable once delivered.
